Founded in 1995, BRP Development, formally known as Brownstone Realty Partners, is a real estate development company that manages the acquisition, financing, architecture, and construction of properties within New York City.

Past and current real estate projects (see Portfolio) include new construction, renovation, condominium conversion, and restoration of Historically Landmarked properties.

The co-founders of the firm have over 30 years of combined real estate experience.
